ZetaTechs API 是一款由 泽塔前沿科技（杭州）有限公司（以下简称“我们”）提供的产品。您在使用我们的服务时，我们可能会收集和使用您的相关信息。我们希望通过本《隐私政策》向您说明，在使用我们的服务时，我们如何收集、使用、储存和分享这些信息，以及我们为您提供的访问、更新、控制和保护这些信息的方式。本《隐私政策》与您所使用的 ZetaTechs API 服务息息相关，希望您仔细阅读，在需要时，按照本《隐私政策》的指引，作出您认为适当的选择。本《隐私政策》中涉及的相关技术词汇，我们尽量以简明扼要的表述，并提供进一步说明的链接，以便您的理解。

1. 我们收集的信息¶

我们或我们的第三方合作伙伴提供服务时，可能会收集、储存和使用下列与您有关的信息。如果您不提供相关信息，可能无法注册成为我们的用户或无法享受我们提供的某些服务，或者无法达到相关服务拟达到的效果。

个人信息：您在注册账户或使用我们的服务时，向我们提供的相关个人信息，例如电话号码、电子邮件等。
日志信息：指您使用我们的服务时，系统可能通过 cookies、标识符及相关技术收集的信息，包括您的**设备信息**、浏览信息、点击信息，并将该等信息储存为日志信息，为您提供个性化的用户体验、保障服务安全。您可以通过浏览器设置拒绝或管理 cookie、标识符或相关技术的使用。

2.1 信息存储的方式和期限¶

我们会通过安全的方式存储您的信息，包括本地存储（例如利用 APP 进行数据缓存）、数据库和服务器日志。
一般情况下，我们只会在为实现服务目的所必需的时间内或法律法规规定的条件下存储您的个人信息。

2.2 信息存储的地域¶

我们会按照法律法规规定，将境内收集的用户个人信息存储于中国境内。
目前我们不会跨境传输或存储您的个人信息。将来如需跨境传输或存储的，我们会向您告知信息出境的目的、接收方、安全保证措施和安全风险，并征得您的同意。

2.3 产品或服务停止运营时的通知¶

当我们的产品或服务发生停止运营的情况时，我们将以推送通知、公告等形式通知您，并在合理期限内删除您的个人信息或进行匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外。

5. 信息共享¶

目前，我们不会主动共享或转让您的个人信息至第三方，如存在其他共享或转让您的个人信息或您需要我们将您的个人信息共享或转让至第三方情形时，我们会直接或确认第三方征得您对上述行为的明示同意。

为了投放广告，评估、优化广告投放效果等目的，我们需要向广告主及其代理商等第三方合作伙伴共享您的部分数据，要求其严格遵守我们关于数据隐私保护的措施与要求，包括但不限于根据数据保护协议、承诺书及相关数据处理政策进行处理，避免识别出个人身份，保障隐私安全。

我们不会向合作伙伴分享可用于识别您个人身份的信息（例如您的姓名或电子邮件地址），除非您明确授权。

我们不会对外公开披露所收集的个人信息，如必须公开披露时，我们会向您告知此次公开披露的目的、披露信息的类型及可能涉及的敏感信息，并征得您的明示同意。

ZetaTechs API is a product provided by Zeta Frontier Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “we” or “us”). When you use our services, we may collect and use information about you. Through this Privacy Policy, we explain how we collect, use, store, and share such information, and how we enable you to access, update, control, and protect it.

This Privacy Policy is closely related to the ZetaTechs API services you use. Please read it carefully and, where appropriate, make choices as you deem fit. We strive to use concise language for technical terms and provide further explanations where helpful.

Your use or continued use of our services signifies your consent to our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect¶

When we or our third-party partners provide services, we may collect, store, and use the following information about you. If you choose not to provide certain information, you may be unable to register as our user or to use some of our services, or the intended effects of the services may not be achieved.

Personal Information: Information you provide when registering an account or using our services, such as your phone number and email address.
Log Information: Information collected through cookies, identifiers, and related technologies when you use our services, including your device information, browsing information, and click information. This information may be stored as log data to provide you with a personalized user experience and to ensure service security. 2.2 Location of Storage¶

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, personal information collected within China is stored within China.
We do not currently transfer or store your personal information across borders. If cross-border transfer or storage becomes necessary in the future, we will inform you of the purpose of the transfer, the recipient, the safeguarding measures, and potential security risks, and obtain your consent.

2.3 Notice Upon Service Discontinuation¶

If our products or services cease operation, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or similar means, and within a reasonable period delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

3. Information Security¶

We use various security technologies and procedures to prevent information loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. For example, in certain services, we use encryption technologies (such as SSL) to protect the personal information you provide. However, please understand that due to technological limitations and potential malicious means that may exist in the internet industry, even with best efforts, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security at all times. At present, we do not proactively share or transfer your personal information to third parties. If we need to share or transfer your personal information in other circumstances, or if you request that we share or transfer your personal information to a third party, we will obtain your explicit consent directly or ensure that the third party has obtained your explicit consent.

For purposes such as ad delivery and the evaluation and optimization of advertising effectiveness, we may share certain data with advertisers, their agents, and other third-party partners. We require them to strictly comply with our privacy protection measures and requirements, including but not limited to processing under data protection agreements, undertakings, and relevant data processing policies, avoiding the identification of specific individuals, and safeguarding privacy.

As our business continues to develop, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers.
